  9. Click DWORD (32-bit) Value and type NoLockScreen.
  10. Now, press Enter.
  11. Double click on the NoLockScreen DWORD and go to the Value Data.
  12. Type 1 and click Ok. If you wish to activate the lock screen, then change this value from 1 to 0.

By going to Windows Registry, you can easily deactivate and re-activate the Lock Screen in Windows 10.
